This website is owned and operated by SharityBoxx, LLC. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SharityBoxx. These terms set forth are terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.  By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Online Store Terms

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

General Conditions

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.  
 

Return and Refund Policy

We take care to ensure that each gift is packed to perfection and that each item is in good condition.  If something arrives damaged or broken, please let us know right away by emailingreturns@sharityboxx.com & we'll make it right. Otherwise, all sales are final (but trust us, your recipient will love it).

Retention of right to change offering

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products  (or any part o content thereof) without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product or service. 

 

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SharityBoxx assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Errors, Inaccuracies, & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Frisco,TX.  The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
